Written Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW POLICY: o A 25% deposit of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking and the remainder of the total stay will be charged 14 days prior to the arrival date. o If a guest cancels their reservation within 48hours of making their reservation and at least 14 full days before the listing’s local check-in time, they will be eligible for a full refund. o Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival (arrival date is excluded from the count) will forfeit a deposit. o Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the scheduled date of arrival (arrival date is excluded from the count) will result in the loss of the entire cost of the rental. o No Show will result in the loss of the entire cost of the rental. o Once a reservation has been made and confirmed any requests for changes to that reservation are at the sole discretion of Windham Mountain Club Central Reservation. We will not be able to change reservation to a different property or change dates of reservations without the loss of a deposit if a request is made more than 14 days prior to booked arrival, or the total amount of stay if change is requested less than 14 days prior to arrival. o You are responsible for all damage done to a home or a condo unit while in your possession and any damage incurred during your stay will be charged to your credit card. Property must be left in the same condition that it was found at the time of the arrival, minus normal usage. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee in the event the property is left in disrepair and dirty beyond normal use, according to the housekeeper’s report.

Written Deposit Policy

Non-refundable deposit of one-night stay will be charged, at the average nightly rate, to your credit card at the time of booking and remainder of the total stay will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Check In

Check in starts at 4:00PM. All Check Ins take place at the Winwood Inn located at 5220 NY-23, Windham, NY 12496.

Check Out

Check out is at 10 am.
